Last week, for the Centenary Edition of the Thursday Challenge I blasted one into the upper 90 and left all of you goalkeepers flatfooted and cursing at your back line like an over-caffeinated Peter Schmeichel. This week I’ve dialed it back and given you what most refer to as a “sitter,” or, if you’re my old coach, a “bunny.” I’m sure a few people will still fall into the “it was easier to score that than to miss it” group, but for most of you it will be an easy tap-in and then a plunge into the arms of your adoring supporters.Below is a list of European club teams- they are already in the correct order to allow you to answer the question.
- Wanderers F.C.
- Preston North End F.C.
- Blackburn Rovers F.C.
- Aston Villa F.C.
- Celtic F.C.
- Rangers F.C.
- Real Madrid C.F.
Your task is to tell me what the list represents. Simple, no?
Good luck.

If this is a sitter, then I’m Chris Iwelumo.
As a Scotland fan, that hurt.
Sorry. But yeah, I don’t see how I’m going to get this one. Wikipedia should be of help, but I’m not finding a pattern at ALL. Maybe later today.
