Question: Your national team – probably the worst in CONMEBOL – has just only barely lost out on the biggest thrill they have left: defeating a struggling world-power in your region and keeping them out of the World Cup. How do you respond?
Answer: By hacking the shit out of their manager’s website.
Or, at least, that’s how you handle it if you’re Elite-Peruvian, the guy who hacked Diego Maradona’s website. According to the Daily Mail, Elite-Peruvian (whose main point seems to be that Peru made Maradona cry) hacked his website sometime after the game on Saturday. Fun features of the hack (which has of course been taken down):
- A picture of Maradona crying under the headline “We made you cry”
- A bloated picture of Maradona looking a bit like Pizza the Hutt
- A picture of the Peruvian national team accompanied by a Peruvian folk song about crying and a caption reading “For the biggest crybaby of all time – you beat us at football, but we beat you on the web.”
- A picture of Maradona snorting the boundary lines on the pitch
