We’re 10 days away and one more Landon Donovan press release away from the final few months of the Beckham era in Los Angeles. Donovan says that Becks didn’t live up to his end of the bargain when he signed for the Galaxy. Thanks for clueing us in Landon. It wasn’t obvious that he was going at half speed, or that he played with no vigor whatsoever. Nope, that wasn’t obvious at all. Our feelings here in this corner of the interspaz are well known regarding Mr. Posh Spice. He will play this out until the Euro season kicks off again in August, and then begin his whinging about getting back so he can be in England’s WC 2010 plans. He’ll also continue on as Giorgio Armani’s athlete underwear model. This is some life he’s putting together for himself.
