Yes, it’s that time again, time to make those picks. I’d suggest that you also 
head to your local MLS park if there’s a game there this Saturday (unfortunately there aren’t any games east of the Mississippi for some reason) . Last season I went to the Colorado Rapids 4th of July “extravaganza” or whatever you’d like to call it, and it was highly entertaining. The stands were fairly full, the people in the stands were into it, and I was sunburned like crazy. We also played a very fun pick up game on one of the fields at the park with some older Hispanic guys wearing sandals and Tommy Bahama shirts, and yeah they kinda wiped the field with me.
So go out there this weekend and find yourself some soccer to watch, or even to play, its Fourth of July weekend, you owe it to yourself to have some fun, but first make sure you make your MLS picks, because that would be unpatriotic.
