This is US Men’s National Team defender Oguchi Onyewu.  He plies his club trade for Belgian side Standard Liege.  The Belgian Jupilier League (apparently) has playoffs to determine it’s Champion, and this year’s edition featured Onyewu’s Liege side against Anderlecht.  Liege eventually won this tie and their second consecutive league title.
